What you’ll do
In the role of Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for executing data-informed strategies to foster a positive, inclusive team culture across the ANZ Customer Success team, including translating team feedback and data into actionable insights. Additionally, the role provides critical change management support for key business initiatives and manages engagement programs to proactively mitigate psychosocial risks while upholding core company values
Key responsibilities include:

Lead Change with Clarity: Act as the dedicated communications and engagement specialist for business initiatives, ensuring our teams feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout periods of change.

Transform Data into Action: Translate team feedback and metrics into meaningful, measurable insights that identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

Own Creative Initiatives: Take end-to-end ownership of cultural events and experience-led programs—from initial concept to successful delivery—that boost morale and embody our core values.

Partner for Impact: Collaborate across functions to co-design solutions and champion a "Team 1st" approach that ensures our work environment remains both supportive and highly productive.
What you’ll bring
You’ll come with 3 to 5 years of experience in people experience, change management, or communications, combined with strong analytical and project management skills, technical proficiency, and a strategic, customer-centric mindset to effectively champion team culture.
