The Greenhouse Collective is the home team for creatives, designers, and production focused craftspeople within the Woolworths Group. As part of the Brand and Marketing team, we are a center of creative excellence, powered by a collective of internal team members and agency partners who support the Woolworths Group Brand & Marketing practitioners in applying their craft and capabilities to solve and achieve goals.
What you’ll do
As a Content Creator, you will serve as a driving force behind our digital presence, seamlessly blending creative, hands-on execution with strategic social thinking. You will be accountable for creating highly engaging, platform-first social content that captivates audiences, builds community, and achieves desired customer outcomes for our expanding group of retail partners.

End-to-End Video Production: Independently film, edit, and produce high-engaging short-form video (Reels, TikTok's, Stories) using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop.

Dual-Threat Creator: Work seamlessly behind the camera (directing talent/crew) and in front of it (confident to present on-screen as needed).

Concept & Copywriting: Brainstorm platform-first ideas aligned with marketing campaigns, and write sharp, brand-aligned captions, scripts, and on-screen copy.

Trend & Algorithm Savvy: Monitor digital culture and viral trends, translating platform algorithms into high-performing content.

Data-Driven Optimization: Track native analytics, translating insights into creative improvements and stakeholder reports to continuously elevate engagement.

Stakeholder Management: Confidently articulate creative rationale and "sell in" social concepts to senior leadership and marketing partners.

Agile Calendar Management: Maintain social calendars while staying agile enough to pivot for real-time cultural moments or shifting business needs.

Future-Focused Innovation: Actively experiment with emerging tech, new platforms, and AI tools to boost production efficiency and creative output.
What you’ll bring

Proven Track Record: 4–5+ years in social media content creation, backed by a portfolio showcasing elite video editing, shooting, and design skills.

Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social ecosystems, digital culture, and community management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).

Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva.

Data-to-Creative Mindset: Ability to turn native analytics and customer insights into highly relatable, high-performing content.

Agile & Organised: An optimistic, resilient creator who thrives in fast paced environments and easily manages multiple projects at once.

Collaborative Communicator: A proactive problem-solver built for cross-functional teamwork across the Greenhouse Collective and wider Brand & Marketing teams.

Bonus Points: A degree in Media, Marketing, or Digital Arts, and/or experience with major retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing brands.
