As our team grows, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Receptionist to join our busy Sydney CBD office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who is looking to build their career in a corporate environment.
As one of the first points of contact for our office, you’ll help create a welcoming and professional experience for visitors and employees. You’ll support the day-to-day running of reception, including greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and assisting with our national phone line and shared inbox.
This will be a part time (2-3 days per week), 12 month contract based in the Sydney CBD office, please note, due to the nature of this role you will be required to work in office at all times.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.
Answer and direct calls through the national phone line, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through the national shared inbox.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Building Services team as required.
ABOUT YOU
2 + years' experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ideally within retail, hospitality or a similar service-based role.
Excellent phone manner and confident, professional communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Friendly, approachable and comfortable engaging with a range of people.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team.
Confidence using the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
