We’re looking for enthusiastic Food Retail Assistants/Baristas to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Providing an outstanding customer experience
Setting up, filling, and adjusting displays as required
Upselling
Preparing cold beverages (milkshakes—have you tried one yet!—and iced drinks)
Operating the barista machine and preparing great coffee
Following food safety requirements (temperature checks and recording)
General cleaning duties throughout the store
What we’re after:
Demonstrated customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks
Enjoys the challenge of upselling
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior retail or food experience is highly regarded but not essential
Barista experience is preferred
Availability:
Willingness to work a flexible roster, including opening shifts (from 7:30 AM) and closing shifts (until 7:30 PM)
Availability to work weekends, including closing shifts after training
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
