We are expanding our Sales Team to drive sales growth in Victoria to maximise sales of L&R’s wound management and bandaging range, and as required, optimise ancillary PPE and Drape sales opportunities across the Territory. This is an exciting opportunity in a role that can be part-time or full-time with flexibility in working hours for the right candidate .
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be a Territory Sales Manager who can deliver solutions for customers and achieve results. You will utilise your previous medical device sales experience in Public & Private Hospitals and Community Healthcare channels to maintain and grow existing and new customer relationships
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Science, Healthcare or Business
- Either a knowledge of Advanced Wound Care and its related products; or
- Prior experience in Operating Room sales and protocols
- Prior clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders
- A commercially driven focus with a proven ability to deliver results
- High personal and professional standards
- A team based, solution-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- A results focus and be self-motivated with a determination to succeed
Essential:
- A current driver's licence
