We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our Flagship cafe at Flour Water Salt Headquarters in South Nowra . The successful candidate will lead the team, oversee the day-to-day operations, and continue the well-established success of the business. You will be highly proficient, with supervisory and/or management experience within the hospitality industry. You must have a passion for providing excellent service and an authentic joy to interact with your customers and staff.
Flour Water Salt is open Monday - Saturday. The current Supervisor Roster is Tuesday -Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day Café operations (including ordering, managing stock, staffing)
- Maintain exceptional standards and provide first class customer service
- Supervise and train staff members
- Presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Ensure that the café complies with Health and Safety requirements, council requirements, health inspections, kitchen cleanliness.
- Liaise with our Head Office daily to order products.
Essential Requirements:
*Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work is a must!
*Ability to motivate a small team, problem solve and multi-task
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Café Supervisor/Cafe Manager role essential
*Willing to work on Saturdays
*Knowledge and control of budgets and spending.
*Barista Experience and kitchen experience will be highly regarded
Desirable:
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Pay is commesurate with experience and can be negotiated for the right person.
Pay: From $30.66 per hour
