In the role of Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across Administration Department, with a particular emphasis on administrative tasks related to Pre-admissions.
Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to:

Ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of health fund coverage.

Take payments of any out of pockets fee from patients.

Balance and close cash drawers at the end of shift.

Provide timely and accurate information to the Clinical Team.

Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $35.85 - $39.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. RHC WA PACT Enterprise Agreement: Salaried Officer Level 2 (WA PACT)
