Social Worker – Multiple Positions Across Various Locations
Full-time, part-time and casual Grade 2 opportunities available
$45.67 - $52.49 per hour depending on experience | Excellent entitlements

About the role
We are seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Social Workers to join our Allied Health teams across physical health settings following some exciting service expansions. With opportunities available in part-time, casual (weekday) and full-time capacities, you’ll provide high-quality, evidence-based Social Work care to diverse patient groups while working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families.
In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to supervise and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students, while contributing to the ongoing development of Social Work services alongside senior clinicians. You’ll be encouraged to participate in service improvement and research initiatives led by our Grade 3 and Grade 4 Clinical Leads, helping shape the future of Social Work at Eastern Health.

Leave backfill opportunities (part-time and full-time) available Monday to Sunday
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work and eligibility for membership of the AASW.
2+ years of Social Work experience ideally in a healthcare setting
A passion for delivering person-centered, collaborative, and compassionate care.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
