About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service, ensuring children receive the highest quality education and care while supporting a positive and engaged team culture.
You will play a key role in:
✔ Leading and mentoring educators
✔ Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
✔ Preparing and maintaining Assessment & Rating readiness
✔ Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
✔ Building strong relationships with families and the local community
✔ Supporting enrolment growth and centre occupancy
✔ Driving continuous improvement across the service
About You
You are a confident and approachable leader who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating positive outcomes for children, families and educators.
You will have:
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
- Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
