You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
You take health and safety as seriously as we do. You're passionate about being part of a team that delivers impactful health and safety outcomes so that everyone goes home safely every day.
In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering road safety outcomes through Safe System principles and community focused transport programs. You’ll support the planning and development of safety and network solutions, contribute to behavioural initiatives, assist with early-stage speed zone reviews, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and analyse insights to inform local decision-making.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, delivering coordinated safety outcomes. This is an opportunity to make a visible difference in the community, with strong team support, a degree of autonomy, and the benefits of regional living.

About you
You bring road safety knowledge, analytical capability, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, developed through experience in government, transport, infrastructure, compliance, or community-facing roles. Experience working with councils, communities, or in regional settings (ideally Wagga Wagga/Riverina) will be highly regarded.
You are accountable, collaborative, and customer-focused, with the ability to make practical decisions and manage competing priorities. Community-minded and resilient, you’re confident engaging with stakeholders and using data to support reviews, coordinate programs, and deliver safety-focused outcomes that improve the community.
