Drifter is a new hospitality and hybrid accommodation brand launched in Australia and New Zealand in 2024. The company focuses on lifestyle accommodation, social travel experiences, and community-driven hospitality for younger travelers.
Oversees the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient departmental coordination, staff performance, and achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor budgets, occupancy, revenue, and operating expenses.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize occupancy.
- Prepare operational reports and implement continuous service improvements.
Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
