Position Overview:
The Telemarketer will play a pivotal role for cold calling, maintaining periodic contact with warm leads, and turning them into opportunities for new business ensuring client satisfaction. This is an office based role and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. The successful candidate will work 3 days a week, with each shift being 4 hours long.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients.
- Maintaining periodic contact with warm leads.
- Demonstrating exceptional phone skills and a great phone manner.
- Ability to read conversations, ask clarifying questions, and build trust with potential clients over the phone.
- Working within a CRM (such as HubSpot) to note down discussions and schedule follow-up contacts.
- Promoting the business and sending information through email to prospective clients.
- Working closely with the NSW BD manager and Business Development team to set and achieve targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a sales mindset looking to learn.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional phone skills and great phone manners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read conversations, ask clarifying questions, and build trust over the phone.
- Experience working within a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated and target driven.
