Positions available
- Bartender- Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.95, Sunday $48.94, Public Holiday $69.92 + Super + Tips (10-20 hours in July, up to 38 from August)
What we are looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a fine dining or high-volume cocktail bar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Confident in making cocktails with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Experience with bar setup, stock control, and maintaining par levels
- Ability to handle multiple orders at once while staying calm under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with floor and kitchen teams
- Valid RSA and full Australian working rights
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods
