What You'll Do
- Manage tenant communications and respond promptly to rental enquiries
- Maintain high-quality, consistent communication with tenants throughout lease periods
- Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations including:
- Regular property inspections
- Leasing activities and tenant onboarding
- Maintenance coordination and vendor liaison
- Support administrative tasks related to property management portfolios

- Ability to build positive relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the property management profession
- Environmental awareness and alignment with sustainability values
- Previous real estate or administration experience advantageous—but not essential for the right candidate
