We are seeking an energetic, hands-on Store Manager who is passionate about retail, customer service, and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day store operations
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team
- Deliver outstanding customer service standards
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and merchandising
- Oversee lottery and agency operations
- Monitor store presentation and cleanliness
- Drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage rostering and labour costs
- Ensure compliance with all retail, WHS and lottery regulations
- Build strong relationships with local customers and community groups
- Implement promotions and seasonal campaigns
About You
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience managing a grocery, convenience, supermarket, fuel retail or agency-based business
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience with lottery, agency or retail service operations (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
