About the role:
In this role of Billing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the review, coordination and optimisation of the NDIS billing for our funded customers. Primarily involving accurate data entry and back of house administration based in our Support Office in Cannon Hill. Reporting to the Billings Team Leader, this will involve activities relating to NDIS billings of client’s funds and using multiple systems including CareLink to produce accurate bills & accounts of services delivered.
You will be a team player and ready to work hard whilst enjoying the fasted paced environment. Attention to detail is critical in this role and you will enjoy the variety in your work as no two days are the same. Our training provided is detailed and requires the first 6 months in the office full time, after this we are flexible with hybrid working.
What you’ll do:

Produce and distribute customer bills in a timely manner to ensure payment is received promptly

Identify and escalate any inconsistencies or concerns to ensure that concerns are managed quickly and effectively.

Ensure that the accuracy is in line with customer billing requirements to ensure effective charging and claiming of funding

Make clear decisions balancing a commercial environment and customer needs

Contribute to regular reporting requirements to show the status of billing activities against objectives

Using multiple systems including CareLink, and MS Office.
About You:

Prior experience working in NDIS Sector or Similar environments preferred

Be accountable - have a sense of ownership to their work and total accountability on duties undertaken

Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and in a professional manner.

Demonstrated problem solving skills to successfully research and identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
