Calling all experienced Admin Assistants, PAs and professional support staff looking for a WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and switched-on PA / Administration Assistant to support with day-to-day administrative tasks.
This role would suit someone who is organised, confident communicating by phone and email, and able to follow tasks through without needing constant prompting.
Legal support, legal administration, PA, office administration or professional services experience would be highly regarded, as the role requires clear communication, attention to detail and good follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Making phone calls, monitoring emails, following up information, and drafting clear and professional emails for senior staff to review.
- Managing calendars, booking appointments and keeping track of important dates and deadlines.
- Completing referral forms, updating internal records, saving documents, and ensuring information is accurate and easy to locate.
- Sourcing suitable clinician and provider options, making enquiries, booking appointments, and following up availability
- Keeping track of outstanding tasks, following up when needed, and updating senior staff on progress.

This role would suit someone who has strong administration basics, communicates well, and understands the importance of being organised and proactive.
You do not need to know the sector before starting. Training will be provided, however we are looking for someone who already has good admin instincts and can communicate professionally
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
