Description:
MPC Kinetic is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Chemical Services team in our Narangba office. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is required to ensure appropriate coordination and process of purchase orders, sales orders and dispatch of stock from Jobpac.
Key responsibilities include:
Process purchase orders & sales orders within Jobpac
Ensure orders are receipted in and are processed and dispatched in a timely manner
Answer phone calls and relay any messages to the relevant staff
Ensure inventory is maintained and stock levels are kept to a suitable level
Process completed batch sheets in Chemicals Inventory System
Process finance transactions, including but not limited to remittance advise, credit card payments & bank transactions
Administration, maintenance of files and QHSE documents
Complete routine office duties
Complete projects as required
Skills and Experiences:
About You:
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Previous experience with Industry Specific ERP Software
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
