We are seeking an energetic, hard working and committed Team Leader to join our team located at our client's large Auction site in Townsville, Queensland.
The role would suit someone with previous Leadership skills and Car Detailing experience.
We are also seeking an experienced Car Detailer to join our small crew of staff who are currently detailing cars, trucks, 4WD's and heavy machinery. Staff are rotated through all detailing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, machine polishing, shampooing and sticker removal. We can provide the extra training in all of these tasks, providing you have some professional experience in car cleaning and detailing techniques.
We have full time positions available for a Team Leader and Experienced Car Detailer, with salary negotiable based on level of experience and increased after a 3 month probationary period. Performance bonuses will also be paid based on KPI targets being met.
Our company is well known in the industry and we have a strong focus on developing and nurturing good staff, giving them opportunities for further training and advancement when available. Most of our current staff have been with our company for several years and all love coming to work and showcasing their skills.

- "C" Class Manual Driver's License
- Clean National Criminal History
- Two Professional Referees
