We're opening an upscale deli and oyster bar in Sydney, and we're building a floor team that matches the food; considered, confident, and genuinely excellent.
We want people who've worked the dining rooms of Europe and carry that standard with them wherever they go. People who can read a table before it speaks, recommend a wine without hesitation, and explain the provenance of an oyster like they mean it.
This isn't a place where service is an afterthought. The product is exceptional; house-cured charcuterie, fresh daily shucking, a list built with care and we need a team that does it justice.
What you'll bring:
- Solid European hospitality experience in restaurants, wine bars, brasseries, we want to hear it all
- Natural warmth and genuine presence on the floor
- A palate, a point of view, and the confidence to share both
- Full working rights in Australia (or a valid visa)
