We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Customer Fulfilment Associate to join our friendly, fast-paced team of four, helping to keep our warehouse and delivery operations running like clockwork.
This role is perfect for someone who’s had a taste of logistics, administration, or customer service and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with multiple teams, and have opportunities to grow your skills in supply chain and customer fulfilment. What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing and processing daily orders, picklists, and dispatch paperwork.

Scheduling deliveries with transport carriers and confirming details.

Keeping delivery records up to date in systems like Microsoft Dynamics.

Handling freight documents, CHEP dockets, and pallet reconciliations.

Updating delivery trackers and communicating changes to the team.

Helping resolve delivery delays, shortages, or issues.

Assisting with reporting and process improvements.

Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised.
What You’ll Bring

Year 12 certificate or some experience in logistics, administration, or customer service.

Good numerical skills and high attention to detail.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence with Microsoft Office—especially Excel, Outlook & Word.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management and organisational skills.

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Driver’s licence (preferred but not essential).
