The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for taking full ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on Project Manager, who is confident working directly with customers, suppliers and contractors. They will be proactive, organised, solution-focused, and capable of managing multiple commitments simultaneously.
A working knowledge of Mandarin is compulsory for this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to:
1. Take full ownership of projects from quotation handover through to completion
2. Coordinate project schedules, resources, procurements and logistic to ensure project deadlines are achieved
3. Liaise daily with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and internal departments
4. Conduct on-site job reviews and represent the company at construction and site meetings with contractors and clients.
5. Review technical specifications, drawings and documentation to ensure project requirements are met.
6. Provide regular project updates to management
7. Identify opportunities to improve project processes and customer satisfaction
Key Competencies
1. Fluent spoken in English and Mandarin
2. Demonstrated project management experience delivering electrical, mechanical or power generation projects
3. Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications and project documentations
4. Highly organised with exceptional planning and time management skills
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
6. Ability to manage multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines

Salary
From $85,000 per annum + superannuation
