As a Social Worker, you'll help people navigate complex health and life challenges while contributing to high-quality, person-centred care. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference for patients, families and carers across the care journey.

Delivering social work interventions that improve wellbeing, independence and access to support.
Partnering with patients, families, healthcare teams and community services to achieve positive outcomes.
Using sound clinical judgement to manage a varied caseload and respond to changing needs.
Contributing to learning, service improvement and evidence-informed practice across the team.

An approved Social Work qualification and eligibility for professional membership with the relevant association.
Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving and case management skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and build productive stakeholder relationships.
Strong organisational skills, professional judgement and commitment to continuous learning.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supervising students or colleagues and/or an interest in quality improvement, research or service development.
Most importantly, you're passionate about supporting people, improving outcomes and making a meaningful contribution to your community.
Together, you'll help deliver care that reflects compassion, courage, dignity, integrity and innovation.
