In this role, you'll:
Deliver high-quality project communications that supports engagement, awareness, and successful change adoption across delivery portfolios within the Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC) division. You will design, write and implement communication plans and artefacts in alignment with strategic project outcomes and enterprise communication standards.
Working closely with project teams, change managers and stakeholders to understand audience needs, you will develop clear and engaging materials across a range of formats and channels. You will translate complex information into clear, compelling communications, provide trusted advice and deliver communication strategies that support successful project outcomes.
You will use feedback, insights and data to continuously improve communication effectiveness, while promoting best practice and consistency across project delivery communications.

About you
You are an experienced communications professional with a strong track record planning and delivering communications and engagement within complex project, program or organisational environments.
You communicate with credibility and influence, tailoring messages to diverse audiences and translating complex information into clear, meaningful and engaging content. You build strong stakeholder relationships, exercise sound judgement and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
You'll bring
Experience planning and delivering communications within complex project or change environments.
Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively and adapt messages for different audiences.
Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, with the ability to influence and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience producing high-quality communications in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-focused approach and the ability to develop communication strategies that improve understanding, engagement and outcomes.
Experience using feedback, insights and data to evaluate and improve communication effectiveness.
A commitment to integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.
Essential requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
