Absolute Sparkle Cleaning is looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Part-Time Cleaner to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing employment, consistent hours and a better work-life balance, with 30 hours of work spread across just 4 days per week.
You will provide high-quality cleaning services across both residential homes and commercial spaces, helping us maintain the high standards our clients have come to expect from Absolute Sparkle Cleaning.
Our service area generally covers suburbs from Wynnum through to Parkinson.
The Role
This is a Permanent Part-Time position offering 30 hours per week, worked across 4 days.
Working across four days provides a great opportunity to maintain a healthy work-life balance, giving you an additional weekday away from work for family, personal commitments, appointments or simply some well-earned downtime.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting and sanitising
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and workspaces
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Following client instructions and attending to specific cleaning requirements
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately
- Maintaining and caring for company-provided equipment and supplies
- Working efficiently and managing your time effectively
- Representing Absolute Sparkle Cleaning in a professional and friendly manner
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Trustworthy and professional
- Highly detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to manage their time effectively
- Friendly and respectful when dealing with clients
- Physically capable of performing general cleaning duties
- Available to work 4 days per week
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right person
Requirements
- A valid Australian driver's licence
- A reliable vehicle for travelling between client locations
- The ability to work across our service area from Wynnum to Parkinson
- A willingness to undergo training and follow company cleaning procedures
