General nursery/garden maintenance & local delivery driver – Lilydale/Wandin
Larkman Nurseries is a family business situated in the beautiful Yarra Valley and offers this secure position to the appropriate applicant.
Short position description:
General production nursery site maintenance and various garden tasks plus local nursery stock deliveries to the greater Melbourne area.
PVC irrigation pipe repair, forklift usage, basic garden maintenance.
This is a 100% ‘hands on position’. You will be responsible for completing routine nursery work detailed by the General Manager. You will bring strong self-tasking & motivational skills to the role. Proven time management ability, professional conduct and daily reliability is required. Good health and physical fitness is required. This is a year-round outdoor working environment with a busy workflow. Nonsmoking work environment.
Unrestricted Heavy Rigid driver’s license essential.
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Mon – Thur. Immediate start.
Salary & Remuneration will reflect Australian industry standards and applicant’s prior experience.
