The Craig Mostyn Group is a leading food and agribusiness that has operated over the past 100 years across Australia. Our operations are in Western Australia and Victoria, where we produce premium quality pork, beef, lamb, abalone, protein meal and tallow for clients and suppliers here locally and internationally.
Linley Valley Pork is a premium product sourced and produced in Western Australia, where we have raised and processed the finest pork to supply to families in Australia and in international markets for more than 30 years.
The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking reliable and motivated Labourers, Packers and Meat Process Workers to join our production team at Linley Valley Pork.
These roles provide an opportunity to be part of a hardworking team responsible for producing high-quality pork products for our customers. Working within a fast-paced processing environment, you will play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packed and processed safely while meeting our quality, food safety and production standards.
Whether you have previous experience in meat processing or are looking to develop new skills, we welcome individuals who are committed, safety-focused and willing to learn.
About you:

Previous experience in a meat processing, food production, manufacturing or labouring environment (preferred but not essential).

The ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks, lifting and standing for extended periods.

A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, hygiene and quality standards.

The ability to follow instructions, standard operating procedures and work independently when required.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

A reliable work ethic with excellent punctuality and attendance.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

A willingness to learn new skills and undertake training.

Flexibility to work across different production areas and shifts in line with business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle, trim, cut and prepare pork products in accordance with quality and AUS-MEAT standards.

Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently.

Package and prepare products for dispatch.

Maintain food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards.

Wear and maintain required PPE and follow all WHS procedures.

Work collaboratively to achieve production targets.
