National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Front Office Coordinator to assist the team in our modern Chermside practice on a full-time basis.

About the Role
As a Dental Front Office Coordinator, you will be undertaking reception duties to support the day-to-day requirements including answering phones and basic data entry provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Demonstrate drive and initiative to achieve high performance and meet set targets / deadlines Maintaining company values and ensuring these are the forefront of all actions within the role. Other administrative tasks as directed by management team.
Skills & Experience
You have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a dental or medical setting
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable
You are:
- A mature and supportive team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a busy practice environment
- Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
- An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
