In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering data governance and ethics frameworks that ensure the lawful, ethical and responsible use of data across Transport for NSW.
This role will see you support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of data governance and ethics frameworks, monitor emerging privacy regulations and ethical standards, conduct privacy and ethics risk assessments, and embed ethical data principles into policy development, decision making and digital innovation.
You will support ethical, lawful and responsible data use in a complex, matrixed government environment balancing data innovation with privacy, legal and ethical obligations.

About you
Your expertise in data privacy, governance and ethics will see you interpret complex regulations, manage risk and provide clear, practical guidance to support trusted and compliant data use.
You’re recognized as ethical and analytical, with experience working across privacy legislation, ethics frameworks and diverse stakeholder groups.
