About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our Brisbane team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock management, supporting production, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods

Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams

Monitor stock movements and ensure timely replenishment

Maintain inventory records and reporting systems

Maintain Bill of Materials and Work Order review

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
About You

Previous experience in an Inventory Controller or similar role within manufacturing or warehousing

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

Solid understanding of stock control processes

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
