Towing Company - Seeking an office assistant
Full-time employment
Tasks and duties include
- Undertaking reception and customer service duties
- Answering phones, text messages and dialling customers
- Creating towing bookings and answering towing enquiries
- Printing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Sorting and sending emails
- Taking messages and following up on enquiries
- Data entry and record management
No working visa's, basic computer skills, motor vehicle knowledge is preferred, normal working hours (9am-5pm), located in Mascot and training will be provided.
Pay: Negotiable (Depending on experience)
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
