We are looking to hire a Front of House Supervisor for our fast paced team here in Croydon. If you are someone comfortable and confident managing a very busy restaurant and upholding excellent service standards whilst leading a front of house team and managing back end operations then we want to hear from you!
We are needing someone who can work a mix of days and nights. Most of the shifts will be nights with the latest finish being 1am.
Positions Available:
- Front of House Supervisor
- Front of House Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Train new team members to a high standard
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Ensure timely and efficient service
- Report back to head office daily
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area
- Manage multiple FOH sections
- Collaborate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Manage stock-take and cost of goods
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and thrive in a high-energy environment
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
