a Junior Instructional Designer to join the collaborative team at their training institute.

The Role and Responsibilities
You'll be involved in designing, developing and improving industry leading, nationally recognised training programs and blended learning solutions, working closely with SMEs and internal stakeholders.
- Designing engaging learning and assessment resources for accredited and non-accredited blended training programs
- Developing learner guides, workbooks, assessments and presentations
- Apply instructional design frameworks and adult learning methodologies, including ADDIE, across the course lifecycle
- Collaborating with SME's, trainers and industry stakeholders to ensure content remains current, relevant and compliant
- Reviewing and improving training resources based on learner feedback, industry needs and compliance requirements
- Support improvements based on feedback and regulations
About You
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) essential
- Tertiary qualification in learning design, education or a related field - highly regarded but not necessary to apply
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Some exposure to instructional design or learning development, ideally within VET/RTO sector
- Some understanding of the VET sector and compliance (AQF, NVR, ASQA) or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Interest in learning & development and a career in instructional design
