About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual needs, goals, and preferences. No two days are the same, with a variety of shifts available including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Supporting participants to access their community, appointments, and social activities.
- Assisting with meal preparation, domestic tasks, and household routines.
- Administering medications in accordance with training and organisational policies.
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation.
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, and the wider support team.
About You
You are a caring, professional, and dependable support worker who is committed to delivering high-quality care and building positive relationships with participants.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), Disability, Community Services, or another relevant qualification.
- Current Medication Administration Certificate/Competency.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Current Victorian Driver Licence.
- Reliable, roadworthy, and fully insured vehicle.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain if required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $35.50 – $63.50 per hour
