Join Our Team
Are you looking for a boutique private practice where you can focus on quality client care, enjoy genuine flexibility and feel supported rather than micromanaged?
Blossom & Thrive Psychology is a warm, boutique private practice providing evidence-based, neuro-affirming and culturally responsive psychological care to children, adolescents and adults.
As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to establish their caseload through a combination of practice referrals, continuity of care for existing clients and, where applicable, transitioning their own existing client base into the practice.
We're looking for someone who shares our values of warmth, authenticity, professionalism and high-quality client care, and who is excited to grow alongside our practice.
About the Role
- Provide therapy to children, adolescents and/or adults.
- Manage your own caseload with flexibility and clinical autonomy.
- Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers, schools, GPs and other health professionals where appropriate.
- Opportunity to complete ADHD, autism and cognitive assessments where aligned with your experience and interests (desirable, but not essential).
Room availability will be discussed with the successful applicant. Ideally, we are seeking someone available 2–3 days per week initially; however, we are flexible and happy to discuss arrangements that suit both you and the practice.
What We Offer
- Competitive 60/40 contractor split
- Full administrative support including referrals, client onboarding, diary management, billing and client communication
- No room rental or resource fees
- Beautifully furnished consulting room
- Flexible working arrangements
- Established referral pathways
- Opportunity to bring your own existing client base
- Access to an extensive range of therapy resources, sensory equipment and clinical materials
- Access to cognitive, ADHD and autism assessment resources at no additional cost
- Peer supervision, collegial support and opportunities for collaboration
- Sustainable caseloads with a genuine focus on clinician wellbeing and quality client care
Whether you're looking to transition from another private practice or establish yourself within a supportive boutique clinic, we'll work collaboratively with you to build a sustainable caseload that aligns with your professional goals.
