FinXL is looking for a Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI), Delivery Lead, to step into an in-flight transformation project for a major Telecommunications client. The primary objective is to drive compliance with the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act by securing critical systems, managing access, and aligning access controls.
Responsibilities

Finalise the framework to evaluate and definitively determine critical systems

Establish a clear process to identify access to critical systems

Define and execute the logistics for national security background checks

Implement a secure offline tracking system to monitor compliance and access

Bring lagging departments up to speed and align stakeholders

Integrate departments into a centralised project delivery model

Uplift controls to ensure all critical systems and data remain secure
Key Skills & Experience

Demonstrated understanding of the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act

Strong background in risk mitigation and data sovereignty principles

Experience in governance and implementing security controls

Solid experience working with complex IT and network infrastructures

Previous experience within telecommunications or highly regulated environments

Proven capability to step in and drive in-flight projects to completion
