The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Café Manager to lead one of our high-performing locations. If you’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and team leadership — and you’re ready for a role with structure, autonomy, and career progression — we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day café operations with a hands-on approach
- Manage and motivate front-of-house staff
- Create and manage weekly staff rosters
- Ensure top-tier customer service and presentation standards
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and rotation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment
- Handle daily cash reconciliations and ensure security procedures are followed
- Train and onboard new staff members
- Communicate effectively with the owner and contribute to a positive team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a café or hospitality management role
- Strong barista skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- High attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation
- Strong customer service ethos and positive attitude
- Must have work rights in Australia
