We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café All Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. You'll play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. OUR CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
- Preparing and serving specialty products and beverages
- Adhering to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
- Handling cash and POS Systems
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment
- Following health and safety guidelines
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- High energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication and time management skills
- Experience making coffee, some barista skills
- Experience with cooking and kitchen
- Can speak English fluently
- Must be in Australia for at least 12 months
