An established international humanitarian organisation is scaling its high-end Art Union programme (luxury vehicles and experiences) under a proven “Glamour for Good” model.
We are looking for an experienced charitable raffle / art union operator who has hands-on experience running large-scale ticketed raffles in Australia and is prepared to invest working capital in exchange for a meaningful equity or profit-share position with strong ROI potential.
The programme is being expanded internationally to reach new demographics.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Direct experience operating or marketing charitable raffles / art unions
- Strong understanding of compliance, prize logistics and ticket platforms
- Ability to build and grow a lean operation
- Capacity to contribute capital
The organisation is a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), allowing attractive salary packaging. A competitive package can be structured that includes base remuneration, performance bonuses ... and a genuine share in the upside of the Art Union programme (equity or profit share) for the right capital partner.
Australia-based (Brisbane or regional Qld preferred). The organisation is headquartered in Cairns, Queensland, and the role requires close work with the Queensland OLGR, ACNC and related regulators.
This is a commercial partnership opportunity, not a traditional fundraising role.
Serious operators with relevant experience and capital only.
Please outline your raffle/art union background and investment capacity when applying.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $187,000.00 per year
