We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our Advisory Consulting and Digital team.
In this role, you will support the delivery of complex transformation and strategy engagements across a diverse client base, with a strong focus on Justice, and not-for-profit sectors. You will play a key role in delivering projects from design through to implementation, helping clients improve operating models, enhance processes, and drive meaningful organisational change.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working collaboratively with stakeholders, and contributing to high-quality consulting outcomes.
About the Team
Our Advisory, Consulting & Digital team works with organisations to solve complex challenges and deliver practical, sustainable outcomes. We partner with clients across a range of industries, with a strong focus on public sector and community impact organisations.

Strategy and transformation
Operating model design and optimisation
Process improvement and organisational uplift

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of client engagements across strategy, transformation, and operating model initiatives
Prepare high-quality deliverables including reports, proposals, and client presentations
Facilitate and support workshops with clients and key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across client organisations
Contribute to project planning, delivery, and coordination using structured and/or Agile approaches
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and organisational uplift
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver outcomes on time and to a high standard
Contribute to business development activities including proposal development and client insights
About You
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative consulting professional who can operate in a dynamic client environment.
Proven experience in a consulting or professional services environment (Big 4 or similar mid-tier preferred)
Experience supporting or delivering transformation, strategy, or process improvement initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate discussions
Experience preparing structured outputs including reports, proposals, and presentations
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving capability
Exposure to operating model design, process improvement, or governance frameworks is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
