Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-level technical support to users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Respond to IT support requests through ticketing systems, email, phone, or in person.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and software applications.
Set up and manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and devices.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams or external providers.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, solutions, and IT assets.
Assist with software updates, system upgrades, backups, and security measures.
Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing and decommissioning user accounts and equipment.
Provide guidance and basic training to users on IT systems and applications.
Assist with IT projects, system implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure IT support activities comply with organisational policies, cybersecurity requirements, and relevant Australian regulations.
Pay: $76,000.00 per year
