About the Role
This is your opportunity to step into a hands on leadership role and help introduce the Yo-Chi experience to a brand new community.
As part of your onboarding, you'll complete comprehensive training at one of our Sydney venues before returning to Canberra to bring everything to life. You'll be fully supported every step of the way, setting you up for success ahead of opening.

What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver high energy, exceptional service
- Take responsibility for day to day venue operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling and compliance
- Maintain product quality, food safety standards and operational excellence
- Coach, mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Monitor and drive key venue KPIs and team performance
- Ensure the venue looks sharp, runs safely and delivers a memorable guest experience
- Support the wider leadership team to achieve venue goals
- Be hands on in the venue and lead by example, especially during busy periods
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR
- Strong operational skills, including rostering, stock management and team performance
- A hands on leader who isn't afraid to jump in and get things done
- Ability to build a positive team culture and genuinely connect with your people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different team members
- Calm under pressure, resilient and able to think on your feet
- Availability across a flexible Monday to Sunday roster
- Willingness to travel to Sydney for initial training before the venue opens
