About the Role
You will be supporting participants to live more independently and achieve their goals. Duties may include:
- Personal care (where required)
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation
- Domestic assistance, including cleaning shifts
- Documentation and progress notes
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (where applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Excellent communication skills
- A caring, positive, and professional attitude
