As a Student Support Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for students, providing guidance and support throughout their learning journey. You'll also play a key role in supporting marketing and student engagement initiatives, helping to promote Aspen College's courses and build our presence within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and guidance to students
Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Assist with enrolment processes and maintain accurate student records
Support marketing activities, including social media content, promotional materials, and community engagement
Help plan and promote student events, open days, and information sessions
Liaise with trainers and administration staff to ensure student needs are met
Assist in identifying and addressing student support needs
About You
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with marketing (social media, content creation, promotional campaigns) is highly desirable
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of students
Previous experience in education, training, or a student services role is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
Pay: $59,822.68 – $104,375.16 per year
