Female Support Worker Wanted – NDIS
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Female or Male Support Worker to join our growing NDIS team.
About the Role
You will be supporting participants within their homes and communities to achieve their goals, promote independence, and enhance quality of life. This role requires a professional, person-centred approach and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
Pay Rate
$43.23 – $55.00 per hour (dependent on experience, qualifications, shift type, and participant needs)
Essential Requirements
- Female or male support worker aged approximately late 20s to 30s preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, fully insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Professional references
