About the Role
The Associate, Transport & Fleet Operations assists with the daily coordination of fleet vehicles and provides support to drivers to ensure reliable transport services for senior executives, including the Premier and Ministry. This position helps maintain safety standards and compliance, gathers and records data to support process improvements, liaises with suppliers as needed, and uses digital tools to assist in logistics and cost control.

We're Looking For
Administrative Support: Prepare reports, coordinate resources, maintain documentation, and assist projects to ensure timely and quality fleet and scheduling delivery within budget.
Scheduling: Assist the Scheduling team with scheduling and rostering to deliver customer-focused transportation services.
Fleet Management: Oversee leasing, vehicle selection, and maintenance to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve performance.
Health and Safety: Facilitate the investigation and resolution of operational and customer service concerns, including conducting Work, Health & Safety (WHS) audits and procedural reviews, overseeing fatigue management and training, and ensuring adherence to departmental policies and applicable legislation.
