Australian Quality Certification Pty Ltd, known as Australian QC, is accredited by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JASANZ) for product certification. At Australian QC, we offer NDIS quality auditing services as an approved NDIS Quality Auditor.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with NDIS quality auditing experience.

Following remarkable growth in business, Australian QC seeks professional, experienced, and seasoned Contract NDIS Lead Auditors in ACT. Australian QC’s NDIS Auditors assess NDIS Providers and those seeking registration, against the NDIS Practice Standards in an efficient and timely fashion and support our Certification Manager with technical operations of an audit. Your objectivity, positivity, literacy, attention to detail, time management, critical thinking, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and zeal to learn and understand business operations will ensure that you deliver superior quality services to our clients, always.

Essential Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with AHPRA.
- Successful completion of NDIS AQA (Approved Quality Auditor) training.
- Understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and quality and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess documentary and interview evidence objectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet audit deadlines.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, impartiality, and continuous improvement.
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Previous experience conducting or supporting NDIS audits.
- Formal auditor/quality-management qualifications or training.
- Experience in clinical governance, compliance, quality assurance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with NDIS Commission requirements and audit methodology.
