About you:
- Previous experience in a Bell Desk, Concierge or Front Office role, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Full Australian driver's licence with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver's licence may be considered).
- Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Knowledge of Melbourne and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
