What you'll be doing
As an Administration Officer, you will provide professional and efficient administrative support across the Blacktown Cancer and Haematology Centre. Rotating through various areas of the service, you will support clinical teams, coordinate administrative processes and help ensure patients receive timely and seamless care.
- Deliver high quality administrative support to meet service objectives and key performance indicators
- Manage patient records, documentation and data entry while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards
- Support multidisciplinary teams, clinics, infusion services and radiation oncology functions
- Prepare reports, correspondence and administrative documentation accurately and efficiently
- Prioritise competing tasks, solve problems proactively and contribute to effective team operations
