Casual Receptionist
Red Centre Health Focus is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to contribute to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services within our busy allied health clinic.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience for everyone who visits or contacts our clinic.
This casual position primarily involves evening and weekend shifts and may be suitable for a motivated secondary school student seeking their first opportunity in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic
- Assisting in maintaining a clean, organised, and professional clinic environment
- Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team

Essential Requirements
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current right to work in Australia
